Basic Strategy:

Land Destuction obviously is intended to render the opponent without land. Sinkhole, Ice Storm, Stone Rain, and Strip Mine are the main Land Destruction Spells. However in Type 1, there are still Moxes and other non-land mana sources. Void, Vindicate and Deed are all used to destroy such sources. Nether Void also aides in disallowing the opponent to play any spells by increasing the cost of spells by 3. Several creatures are employed to finish the job. Demonic Hordes can be used to destroy land if needed and Thresher Beast can also hamper the opponents land supply.
